Over 7 years of working Experience of teaching, recruitment and Placements and for Most of the reputed colleges in Mumbai for and FYJC, and undergraduate and post graduate courses for management studies. Active contribution in Recruitments, placements, andWorkshops, coordination for accreditation etc.

Aircraft Engineer on jet engine aircrafts :

  • November 2017 – Present : Training & Examination Manager, at Vision Concept Aviation Training Institute (VCATI), Dubai, UAE.
  • 1987 - 2003 : Specialist in aircraft systems (B2), in Iraqi airways VIP flight, on :
    • the family of “ Falcon ” jet aircrafts, manufactured by Dassault Aviation in France (Falcon 20 & Falcon 50 aircrafts).
    • the aircraft “ JetStar-II ”, manufactured by Lockheed (USA).
  • In the Quality Control Department, working on Computerized Aircraft Maintenance Program (CAMP) system : as an engineer in Quality Assurance Department, in charge of Falcon 50 aircrafts, performing maintenance planning program as one of the CAMO requirements. In addition, performing technical monitoring of Dassault Falcon aircrafts : manage the maintenance of a fleet of these aircrafts, apply the revisions of maintenance programs, Maintaining all documents updating and coordinate with all sections to keep their applicable manuals in current, etc.).
  • 1989/1990 - 2003 : Flight Engineer on Falcon 20 and Falcon 50.

Biography

Wajahat Ali Khan is the Director Safety & Quality Assurance with Jet Aviation Dubai. His responsibilities include: Manage Quality Management System and assess its adequacy and efficiency. Prepare and implement audit plans, perform Quality audits and provide feedback to the Accountable Manager. Assessment of the adequacy of remedial actions and monitor their progress. Provide support to all departments with regards to Quality Management. Liaise with regulatory authorities on compliance matters and approvals. Monitoring of suppliers and sub-contracted maintenance. Reporting of the Corrective actions/preventive actions in response to regulatory audit findings and restoration to full compliance. Review and revision of MOE to encompass changes in regulatory requirements and procedures. Review and assessment of maintenance personnel training records and issuing authorizations as per the qualifications.

Prior to this, he worked with Rizon Jet FZC, Bahrain Executive Air Services (BEXAIR), Shaheen Airport Services.
